His skill set includes evaluation of reserves exploration and development projects, management of oil assets and joint ventures and management of production and exploration assets in Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Brazil and Bolivia. Eduardo has experience negotiating with energy and environmental government control agencies in several countries in Latin America.
